Randall C. Webber

A sonataform, tenor-melody setting of the penetential Psalm 130 (De profundis clamavit) from Nahum Tate and Nicholas Brady's New Version of 1696. Tate went on to write the well-known Christmas text, While shepherds watched their flocks by night, in his Supplement of 1700. The tune is named after a town in southwest Ohio.
